The long-awaited Africa’s first audio industry award, the African Podcast and Voice Award ceremony held on the 23rd of September, 2023.
During the ceremony, everyone’s favorite podcasts were recognized as the best in the industry. Life With Lebang hosted by Lebang Kgosana has won the title of Podcast of the Year, as determined by votes and a committee of judges. Other winners include Mothers By Grace Podcast hosted by Wacu, Charlene, and Kadzo for the Rising Talent of the year, That Zed Podcast for Lifestyle and Entertainment also The More Sibyl Podcast won the Diasporan Podcast of the year!.
